Chocolate Fudge Cake


3/4 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
2/3 cup unsweetened Cocoa powder
2/3 cup gluten free rolled oats
1/2 cup Splenda® Granulated Sweetener
1 large egg
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt


Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease an 8” x 8” square baking dish. Combine all ingredients into a food processor or a blender, and blend until smooth (about 1 minute). Pour into the prepared dish (mixture will be thin) and bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting into 9 large squares.
