Creamy Gelatin Dessert – Too Good to be this easy!
A family favorite.
Serves: 8 Just 6g of Carbs and 45 Calories per Serving.
- 1 – 3 oz. (large) package any flavor (your choice) Sugar Free Gelatin
- 1 – 8 oz. container Cool Whip Lite
- 2 ½ cups water, divided
- Dissolve gelatin mix in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
- Add ice to 1 cup cold water to make 2 cups.
- Stir ice water into gelatin and continue to stir until slightly thickened.
- Remove any un-melted ice and stir in Cool Whip. Mix until evenly combined.
- Pour into desired pan, bowl or ramekins. Refrigerate 60 minutes or until firm.
