Strawberry Flax Smoothie

• 1 cup strawberries, halved
• 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
• 1/2 cup milk, fat-free
• 3 tablespoons flax seeds, ground
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
• Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
