Healthy Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

Too good to be true? Nope, it’s real, and really good, too.

Ingredients:

4 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
¼ cup Splenda Granulated Sweetener
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt*
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Directions:

Add the frozen strawberries, Splenda, yogurt and lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor or blender. Process until creamy, 3-5 minutes.

Serve the frozen yogurt immediately or place in an airtight container and store it in freezer for up to three months.

Note: Any frozen berry or berry mix will work well with this recipe. Adjust sweetener to taste. Fresh berries may be used but must be fully frozen first.

*If using low-fat yogurt add 1g fat and 9 Cal.
